Permits

Residential Permits: $8.50 per $1,000 of job cost. Minimum permit $50.

Commercial Permits: $9.50 per $1,000 of job cost. Minimum permit $55.

Please come to city hall to schedule building inspections and to apply for permits. Additional costs apply for specific fixtures, and for unpermitted work.

Rental Inspections

Rental inspections are required before a new tenant moves in. Rental inspections are $50 before move in and $100 after move in.
